As we enter the season when many celebrate holidays and holy days and we prepare for the first days of winter, the team at THEI remains focused on "Why We Do What We Do..."

Graduations behind the wall are culminating events that cement our "Why."  Bryan Hanley, Nashville State Community College graduate and valedictorian who graduated with a 4.0 GPA, wrote to us to express reflections on his November 2021 graduation.  His words perfectly convey why we do what we do.
